Requesting Data Deletion

Please include sufficient information to allow us to identify your account (such as the email address associated with your account). Once your request is received, we will verify it and process the deletion in accordance with applicable laws and our data retention policies. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for processing.
Account-Based Deletion (In-App)
Some of our apps provide an in-app option to suspend or delete your account through the app’s Settings or Account section.
When you choose to suspend or delete your account within the app:
- Your account will be marked for deletion
- Your associated user data will be permanently deleted after a 60-day period
This waiting period allows you to reverse the decision if deletion was initiated unintentionally.
Important Notes About Deletion
- Once your data is permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered
- Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required by law (for example, for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes)
- Data deletion applies across all Astra Nora LLC services associated with your account
