Returns & Refunds (Defective Items Only)

Astra Nora merch is made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Because items are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size preference or change of mind.

Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at billing@astranora.com. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos. We will work with Printful to replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.

Lost packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 30 days and we will review the case with the carrier and Printful.
